In an odd June appearance on Late Night, Bruce Jenner barely let Jimmy Fallon get a word in edgewise as he chided the NBC host for making plastic surgery jokes about him. At one point in the one-sided conversation, Jenner name-dropped daughter Kim Kardashian's boyfriend, saying: "Kanye is really pissed -- my good friend Kanye." (See the epic interview here.)
A car crash and a scuffle with a paparazzo all added up to an eventful summer for Kanye West. In May, West bashed his head into a street sign while trying to avoid a photographer, and days later the rapper's $750,000 Lamborghini crashed into Kim Kardashian's gate. (He wasn't driving at the time.) In July, his scuffle with a photographer at LAX was caught on tape, and for a time it seemed West might face criminal charges. But Summer wasn't all bad. He and Kardashian welcomed their first child, North West, into the world June 15.
Kris Jenner's daytime talker Kris finished a six-week test run on six Fox stations in August. The show started strong, dipped and then rebounded, with a big final day thanks to a visit from Kanye West, who came baring the first glimpse of baby North. But rumors abound that the show is done for, and will not begin airing regularly in September as Jenner had hoped.
Kylie Jennercrashed her $125,000 Mercades SUV just two weeks after her 16th birthday, causing a three-car pileup. But don't fret -- she was spotted three days later in a new ride.
Khloe Kardashian reportedly kicked husband Lamar Odom out of their house in late August because he refused to return to rehab for drug addiction. The NBA star was also reportedly involved in a multi-car crash, and on Aug. 30, Odom was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
Kourtney Kardashian was plagued by rumors that longtime boyfriend Scott Disick was not her son Mason's father. Model Michael Girgenti filed a paternity suit, saying he had slept with Kardashian nine months before Mason's birth, but Kardashian released a paternity test showing Disick is the father.
