Jordin Sparks and Jason Derulo
Definitely one of the cutest couples on the red carpet, Jordin Sparks and Jason Derurlo looked perfectly coordinated in a black-and-white motif: but it almost didn't turn out that way. "This was super last minute, and it kind of happened on its own," Sparks told THR. "I had a dress I was going to wear, and it completely didn't work. I had a malfunction." Sparks wound up wearing white: the color of a bride-to-be, perhaps? Derulo was promoting the launch of his new single, "Marry Me," which was inspired by Sparks, but was it a proposal? Not yet, but Derulo said that it's about that feeling of how he may be persuaded to "get down on one knee."

"Jennifer Hudson has hands down one of the best, amazing live voices." Hudson's career is running hot. She will join fellow American Idol alum Jordin Sparks in the new movie, The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete. Says Sparks of Hudson's role: "It's very dramatic and completely out of the norm [for her]. She plays a single mother on crack. It's super crazy and very beautiful, but touching, so bring the tissues."
