Stars step out at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, which runs Jan. 26-Feb. 5. Diane Keaton's "Darling Companion" is the first film to premiere at the fest, with Keaton, Kevin Kline and Julia Louis-Dreyfus in attendance.
