Tyler the Creator was arrested on Saturday, March 15, during SXSW in connection with a riot incident that occurred two days earlier at the Scoot Inn, Austin police said. He was charged with Riot-Class A Misdemeanor with a bond at $25,000. "Specifically, the subject encouraged a large crowd on more than one occasion to force themselves past venue employees controlling access at the venue which was already at full capacity," read a statement from authorities.

Chris Kattan was arrested early Monday, Feb. 10, in Encino, Calif., on suspicion of driving under the influence. THR obtained a copy of the California Highway Patrol's arrest report, which indicated that Kattan was driving westbound on the 101 Freeway just north of Los Angeles when he collided with a Department of Transportation vehicle near a lane closure. He was taken into custody around 2 a.m. and booked into the jail in Van Nuys. He was reportedly released on a $15,000 bond around 7:40 a.m.
Justin Bieber was arrested early Jan. 23 in Miami Beach on suspicion of DUI and drag racing early Thursday morning. Bieber, 19, was in a yellow Lamborghini when he was pulled over.
