VMAs 2012: Best and Worst Dressed

The 2012 MTV VMAs were simply not a stellar fashion show. No Lady Gaga. No Beyonce. Thank God Rihanna cut her hair or there would have been no headlines at all. But there were still some dreadful -- and a few amazing -- style choices. But seriously, girls, enough with the sheer black skin-tight lace.
