New 'Amazing Spider-Man' Teaser Poster Debuts (Photo)

Unlike the previously released photos, which seemed to focus on the day-to-day life of a teenage Peter Parker, the two new photos that have been released focus more on the troubles and danger that may face the main characters.

PHOTOS: 'The Amazing Spider-Man' Images

The first is of Peter Parker wearing an old-school Ramones t-shirt and a beanie and gazing off into the distance with a troubled look on his face. The second shows Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone) holding an umbrella.

Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man, also stars Denis Leary, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen and Sally Field. It is set for a July 3, 2012, release. The film centers around a teenage Peter Parker, who attends Midtown High School, and has his eye on a classmate, Gwen Stacy.
