'Green Lantern': Watch Ryan Reynolds Fly in a New Clip

Blake Lively and Peter Sarsgaard also star in the comic book-based movie, which opens June 17.

Ryan Reynolds debuts his flying skills in a new clip from The Green Lantern.

Watch 'Green Lantern's' New 3D Trailer

In the comic book-based movie, Reynolds plays pilot Hal Jordan, who acquires a ring that gives him magical powers.

The clip features him getting an introduction to Oa, the home planet of the Green Lantern Corps, where he first makes liftoff (without the help of a plane).
