'Hell On Wheels' Actor Joins Thriller 'The Occult' (Exclusive)

Colm Meaney, one of the co-stars of AMC’s Hell on Wheels, has joined the cast of The Occult, an indie thriller from LD Entertainment.
Rufus Sewell and Anne Heche are already on board the project, which details the strange goings-on within a religious cult. When young girls start to go missing, older followers in the cult fear a long-told prophecy while younger members suspect abusive elders are killing them off.
Christian Christiansen is directing. Mickey Liddell is producing.
Meaney, who plays businessman Doc Durant on AMC's Western drama, will be seen in perdiod drama Bel Ami with Rob Pattinson and Uma Thurman. He will shoot the film before to returning to Wheels.
Meaney is repped by Innovative Artists, Gold Coast Management and Bloom Hergot.
