'Hunger Games' Full Trailer to Premiere on 'Good Morning America'
The teaser for the Lionsgate film starring Jennifer Lawrence will be released on Monday, Nov. 14.
The first clip for The Hunger Games that premiered during the MTV Video Music Awards showing Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) running through the woods (and that’s all) wasn’t enough to keep many fans satisfied.

Finally, viewers will get a look at the full trailer, which will have its world premiere on ABC’s Good Morning America on Monday, Nov. 14.
Josh Hutcherson – who plays Peeta Mellark in the film -- will introduce the video 8 a.m. hour. Lionsgate has also announced that the trailer will play on a jumbotron over New York City’s Times Square.

Lionsgate has been dropping breadcrumbs for the film at a consistent pace. Recently, posters were released showing the eight main characters in costume.
The film follows Katniss, a 16-year-old girl living in a futuristic world called Panem. Every year the government – a.k.a. the Capitol – requires each of the nation’s 12 Districts to send one young man and one young woman to compete in a fight-to-the-death competition. When Katniss volunteers to take her sister’s place in the deathly event, she and her fellow District 12 tribute Peeta must find a way to survive.

The highly anticipates Lionsgate film, based on the books by Suzanne Collins, is helmed by Gary Ross and set for a March 2012 release. The film also stars Liam Hemsworth, Elizabeth Banks, Stanley Tucci, Woody Harrelson and Donald Sutherland.
