Kellan Lutz and Kelsey Grammer are readying for a killer spider infestation.

The actors will join Li Bingbing in 3D sci-fi action film Nest.

The film, the largest Chinese-Australian co-production to date, follows a group of scientists exploring an ancient labyrinth who must fight off a swarm of deadly, man-eating funnel web spiders if they hope to survive.

Arclight Films’ genre label Darclight, handling worldwide sales, also has sold the film in a number of territories at AFM, including Germany (Square One ), Middle East (Italia), Turkey (Aqua Pinema), India (Viswaas), Philippines (Pioneer), Vietnam (Galaxy), Myanmar (Colorful Garden) and Indonesia (Cinemaxx).

“Kellan Lutz and Kelsey Grammer bolster not only the cast in a brilliant way, but the overall power and commercial value of the film,” says Clay Epstein, Arclight Films’ senior vp sales and acquisitions.

Frasier star Grammer appeared in The Expendables 3, as well as Entourage and the upcoming films Storks and Bunyan and Babe. He’s repped by  UTA and WikkedCat Entertainment.
