Less than two weeks after Marvel Entertainment announced that it was postponing the launch of its Inhuman series for three months, the publisher has revealed that writer Charles Soule has replaced Matt Fraction on the series.

In a statement released by Marvel this afternoon, the publisher said that it was "excited" to announce Soule as the series' new writer, with editor-in-chief Axel Alonso quoted as saying that the writer's pitch for his She-Hulk series "proved that he thought big and would bring a lot to the world-building of Inhuman."

In the last week, this is the second Marvel series to see a writer replaced before its launch. On Friday, it was revealed that the new Elektra series had been postponed from a March to April launch to accommodate the change from originally announced writer Zeb Wells to Haden Blackman, as a result of Wells' increased work schedule from his television career.

No reason was given for Fraction's departure from the project.
