In what has to be the ultimate fantasy sequence for male gamers, Cruz and her younger sister, fashion model Monica, lounge around and jam thumbs in the new commercial for Super Mario Brothers 2 for the Nintendo 3DS.

The Oscar-winning Cruz just happens to be sprawled out on her porch couch, playing the new game, when her sister, carrying her own DS, comes by and challenges her to a winner-take-all match. The prize? Not having to don a very lifelike Mario costume and ask a vegetable vendor for some mushrooms.

This is just the latest in Nintendo's celebrity campaign; in April, Community star Joel McHale went meta when he spoofed viral videos with his own viral spot for the new system.
