The teaser for Immortals hit last night.

The movie is directed by Tarsem Singh, one of the few people who can be called a visionary director even though he hasn't made that many movies. The movie looks lush. Of course, the real test will be the story.

Also of note is the first major film appearance for Henry Cavill, the future Superman. Many people will be watching this to see how he is as Theseus, the mythic champion, and extrapolating fairly or unfairly how he may be as the mythic champion from Krypton.

Immortals will be getting a major push at Comic-Con, so expect to see more this summer.
