Summit Picks Up English-Language Film Rights to 'Headhunters'
The bestselling crime novel was written by Norwegian author Jo Nesbø.

Summit Entertainment has acquired rights to produce an English-language adaptation of the crime novel Headhunters, written by Norwegian author Jo Nesbø.
In the book, a corporate headhunter running a scheme to steal artwork from the homes of his applicants ends up pulled into murder when his latest heist goes bad. Doubleday published the novel in the U.S., where it climbed the bestseller list.

Marianne Gray, Ole Sondberg and Berna Levin are producing the film through their Yellow Bird shingle. Summit execs Erik Feig, Michael Schaefer and Jeyun Choi will oversee the project for the studio.
Nesbø has written eight novels featuring Detective Harry Hole that have been translated into more than forty languages.
