'Total Recall's' Three-Breasted Woman Draws a Buzz at Premiere, Even While Absent
"I could tell you that I’ve seen more comments about [her] than anything else about the original movie," said producer Neal Moritz.
At the Total Recall premiere Wednesday, the spotlight was on stars Colin Farrell and Kate Beckinsale, and many geeked out over guest Aaron Paul, who showed up to support his Breaking Bad co-star and Recall villain Bryan Crantston.
But one person sought by guests was noticeably absent: Kaitlyn Leeb, who plays the infamous three-breasted prostitute in the movie. The Canadian actress is in Toronto shooting a movie, according to the studio, so she couldn't make it to the premiere. But her brief scene is still generating buzz online.

It’s a short moment in the film but it’s one of the few direct references to the original 1990 movie that starred Arnold Schwarzenegger.
“I could tell you that I’ve seen more comments about the three-breasted lady than anything else about the original movie,” said producer Neal Moritz at the swank poolside after-party at the Roosevelt Hotel. “We felt like that if we didn’t have that, people would be disappointed.”
Not that it was easy to get the scene into the movie.
Moritz and director Len Wiseman shot two versions of Ferrell’s character crossing paths with the tri-breasted lady of the night, one a nude version and another with Leeb in a bustier as a back-up just in case they couldn’t get the scene past the ratings board and still hit their needed PG-13 rating.
Moritz said the studio and the board went back and forth negotiating the length of the scene. The movie ended up having just one brief nude shot.
“I think we pushed the boundaries of what a PG-13 movie can be,” Moritz said.
