Meet the crew who'll be responsible for the end of the world.

The new promotional image for X-Men: Apocalypse, titled "Destroy" and debuted via Yahoo! Movies, focuses on the characters on the wrong side of the upcoming conflict between good and evil, showcasing Apocalypse (Oscar Isaac) and his minions, helpfully called the Four Horsemen.

Alongside Magneto (Michael Fassbender), the Horsemen include three characters better known to X-Men fans as good guys: Storm (Alexandra Shipp), Psylocke (Olivia Munn) and Angel (Ben Hardy). Of the four, only Angel has any comic-book experience as one of Apocalypse's Horsemen; in a storyline from the 1980s comic-book series X-Factor, he was one of the first Horsemen as the personification of "Death."

(Eagle-eyed comic-book fans might recognize that Angel in this poster has a facial design like the 1980s Apocalypse-created visual he sported in the comic books, as well as metallic wings instead of organic ones — another element that Apocalypse was responsible for in the comic-book mythology.)

Also starring James McAvoy and Jennifer Lawrence, the Bryan Singer-directed X-Men: Apocalypse arrives in theaters May 27.
