Vanessa Hudgens and Alex Pettyfer of CBS Films' upcoming horror
fantasy "Beastly" will be honored as ShoWest 2010's male and female
Stars of Tomorrow.
The duo will be feted at an awards gala set to close the exhibition confab on March 18. ShoWest opens March 15 at the Bally's and Paris hotels in Las Vegas.
Hudgens is best known for her recurring role in the "High School Musical" movies. Pettyfer is a London-based actor and model who appeared in the 2005 British miniseries "Tom Brown's Schooldays." A modern-day take on the "Beauty and the Beast" fable, "Beastly" is set for wide release on July 30.
