Comcast joins Facebook for Web/TV series
February 08, 2007 Comcast Corp. and Facebook.com are collaborating to produce a user-generated series that will appear on television and the Web this year. "Facebook Diaries" will consist of 10 half-hour episodes featuring Facebook users and will be produced by Emmy-winning producer R.J. Cutler ("American High"). "Video sharing is extremely popular among Facebook's 16 million users," Facebook CEO Owen Van Natta said.
