November 28, 2007 Konrad's partnership with husband and Tree Line Film's co-exec James Mangold on Lionsgate's well-received "3:10 to Yuma" could make for another busy awards season for the Hollywood couple, who saw "Walk the Line" star Reese Witherspoon take home a best actress Oscar in 2006. In 2008, the duo is working on HBO Films' miniseries "The Sportswriter," before returning to film with Fox and Konrad Pictures' lottery drama "The Rich Part of Life," followed by Paramount's voyeuristic drama "Follow Me." With Universal's "The Kingdom" failing to rule over the boxoffice, Parent is hedging her bets across several genres with her upcoming films distributed by Universal.
