McAvoy's big film break came with "The Last King of Scotland," and he soon will hit the big-screen big time with Universal/Working Title's upcoming "Atonement." But he also stars in Uni's upcoming fantasy thriller "Wanted," which the studio moved Wednesday from a March 28 slotting to June 27 -- the same weekend United Artists unspools Cruise's next pic, "Valkyrie." Disney/Pixar's animated "Wall-E" also is set for the same session, but its target family audience overlaps little with "Wanted," which will tote an R rating and skew heavily adult. "After taking an early look at 'Wanted,' we are certain that it fulfills its promise as a stunning, committed, thrilling, eye-popping vision that introduces a bold new narrative," Uni distribution president Nikki Rocco said. "We believe it can stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the event titles of the summer." "Wanted," which also stars Morgan Freeman and Angelina Jolie, follows a secret society "that carries out the orders of fate itself," according to advance publicity.
