Warner Bros. is pressing "Control-Alt-Delete," picking up the high-concept spec from writers Tim Kelleher and Danny Zuker. Bob Shaye and Dylan Sellers are producing through their Unique Features banner.

The concept is described as "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" meets "The Matrix." Sarah Schechter and Jesse Ehrman are overseeing for the studio.

Unique, formed in June by Shaye and fellow New Line founder Michael Lynne, is developing an adaptation of Isaac Asimov's futuristic sci-fi epic "Foundation." Vince Gerardis also is a producer on that project.

Kelleher, repped by WMA, is a longtime character actor who will be seen in Will Smith's "Seven Pounds." His only other writing credit is 1996's Disney comedy "First Kid."

CAA-repped Zuker is a longtime TV writer-producer with credits ranging from "Roseanne" and "Just Shoot Me!" to "Oliver Beene" and "Stacked."
