Broderick Johnson and Andrew Kosove of Alcon will produce, along with Mark Burg and Oren Koules of Evolution. Matt Alvarez of Ice Cube's production company, Cube Vision, will also produce.

Evolution's Brad Kaplan and Andrew Wilson will co-produce. Evolution is the management company for White and Williams.

The film is scheduled to start principal photography in October in Atlanta. "Ticket" will be released via Alcon's output deal with Warner Bros.

Ice Cube, repped by WME and Prospect Park, last starred in 2008's "The Longshots," while Bow Wow, repped by UTA and Teresa Caldwell Prods., has "Hurricane Season" in the can.

Williams is additionally repped by UTA while White is additionally repped by WME.
