Four join the family for 'Mafia'


March 10, 2008 Joe Mantegna, Eric Balfour and Armand Assante have been cast and James Van Der Beek is in negotiations to star in the indie feature "The Fifth Mafia." Vito J. Giambalvo is directing the crime drama, which centers on the son (Balfour) of a murdered Mafioso. The son, who never had any involvement in the family business, seeks revenge on his corrupt Uncle Dominic (Assante) for the murder of his parents.
