Rick Otto, who played a police officer in "The Wire," has been cast
in two back-to-back movies.
In Anthony Hemingway's "Read Tails," he will play a white World War II piot who is sympathetic to the African-American squadron known as the Tuskegee Airmen. George Lucas is producing for his Lucasfilm. In "Point Break Indo," a sequel to 1991's "Point Break," he will play a black ops Navy SEAL. Jan De Bont is directing the film, which will shoot in Bali and Australia and which will be distributed domestically by Lionsgate. Otto is represented at Lighthouse Entertainment.
