DreamWorks has abducted the sci-fi action thriller "Nonstop" from scribe Michael Gilvary. "Underworld: Rise of the Lycans" helmer Patrick Tatopoulos is attached to direct, and Len Wiseman is producing.

The original story line follows the passengers of Flight 209 after their plane is abducted by an alien ship.

ICM, which reps all three, packaged the project and started shopping it last week.

Alison Rosenzweig is an executive producer on the film. DreamWorks execs Mark Sourian, Chloe Dan and Jonathan Eirich are overseeing for the studio.

Wiseman directed "Underworld," "Underworld: Evolution" and "Live Free or Die Hard." He is also attached to direct "Motorcade" and "Atlantis Rising" for DreamWorks.

Tatopoulos has long been a production and creature designer on movies such as "Godzilla," "I, Robot," "Live Free or Die Hard" and the "Underworld" films.

Gilvary, who is also repped by Gaeta/Rosenzweig Films, penned the script for the forthcoming film "Greta." He has "Devil to Pay" in development at Echo Lake and "Transit" in the works at Thousand Words.
