Based on true events, "Pardon" centers on Toni Jo Henry (King), the first and only woman to be executed by the state of Louisiana, and the sensational case that resulted in her electrocution. Anton co-wrote the script with Sandi Russell. Filming is under way in Shreveport, La. King, best known for such movies as "Sin City and "Pearl Harbor," most recently completed the horror movie "They Wait" and next appears in the upcoming Weinstein Co. film "Fanboys," directed by Kyle Newman.
