Constantin thumbs up to Kirch takeover
July 03, 2008 The board of Germany indie film giant Constantin Film has given the thumbs up to Leo Kirch’s planned takeover of the company. Constantin head Fred Kogel, who is leaving the company at the end of the year, said he will sell his 11,150 shares in the company -- at the offering price that will net the exiting exec around $350,000.
