"Chuck" executive producer Scott Rosenbaum is taking the reins of ABC's new sci-fi drama series "V" as executive produce/showrunner. The move is part of a two-year seven-figure overall deal Rosenbaum has inked with "Chuck" producer Warner Bros. Television which also produces "V."
