Major League Baseball says the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter will perform the national anthem before Game Two at Yankee Stadium Thursday. New York natives Jay-Z and Alicia Keys will warm up the audience with their single "Empire State of Mind" before Legend sings. The league says Thursday's World Series matchup between the New York Yankees and the defending champion Philadelphia Phillies will be dedicated to "the legacy of Roberto Clemente and the spirit of community service."
