Whitney Houston to perform in Russia

Headlining at Moscow Olympisky and the Ice Palace

LONDON -- Whitney Houston will headline two concerts in Russia, at Moscow Olympisky Stadium on Dec. 9 and at the Ice Palace in St. Petersburg on Dec. 12.

The promoter for the two shows is Andrey Agapov, general director, Russian Entertainment Academy.

"Whitney Houston is a legendary singer and performer, much loved by Russian audiences and fans worldwide," said Agapov. "I'm thrilled to bring Ms. Houston back to her fans in Moscow and St. Petersburg."

The deal was negotiated on behalf of Russian Entertainment Academy by Nicole Goesseringer of Kultura PR International and Dream Factory Entertainment/Alenikov.
