ABC waltzes to Mon. win with 'Dancing'

March 28, 2007 ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" ruled Monday's primetime although it declined slightly in viewership and adults 18-49 from last week's premiere. Nothing else was even close between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. as "Dancing" peaked at 21.2 million viewers at 9 p.m. and a 6.3 rating/15 share in adults 18-49 at 9:30 p.m., according to estimates released Tuesday by Nielsen Media Research. The two-hour "Dancing" averaged 20.1 million viewers and a 5.8/15 in the demo.
