Philips International has acquired a 100,000-square-foot building
in Manhattan, which it will redevelop into for-sale office
condominiums. The sale price was not disclosed. The property,
located at 110 East 49th St., at the intersection of Park Ave.,
will be re-christened Grand Park, and will feature office condos
ranging from 2,400 square feet to full floors of 11,100 square
feet. Newmark Knight Frank is marketing the new development.

Philips International has acquired a 100,000-square-foot building in Manhattan, which it will redevelop into for-sale office condominiums. The sale price was not disclosed.
