Odeon picks up 'Surveillance' rights
May 07, 2008 Odeon Sky Filmworks, the joint theatrical distribution arm operated by U.K. exhibitor Odeon and satcaster BSkyB, has snapped up all U.K. rights to Jennifer Lynch's "Surveillance." Executive produced by Lynch's filmmaker father, David, "Surveillance" is due to unspool in an Out of Competition midnight slot at the Festival de Cannes. Odeon Sky Filmworks head Tony Miller struck the deal with sales and finance house Arclight executive vp Liz Mackiewicz.
