Indie 'Peep World' populating cast

A group of comedy and acting talent is joining the ensemble comedy "Peep World."

Michael C. Hall and Ben Schwartz have been cast and Rainn Wilson and Sarah Silverman are in negotiations to star in the indie.

Occupant Films is producing the movie, which revolves around a group of adult siblings who squabble after one of them describes thinly veiled versions of the family in his novel. Comedy veteran Barry Blaustein, who directed "Beyond the Mat" and wrote on such pictures as "Coming to America," is helming.

Wilson, who recently signed with Endeavor, has a part in the upcoming "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" in addition to his prominent role on "The Office."

Hall, also repped by Endeavor, has signed on for Lakeshore and Lionsgate's thriller "The Game."

The CAA-repped Silverman is starring in the comedy "Saint John of Las Vegas" and also will enter the third season of her Comedy Central show.

The WMA-repped Schwartz, who was a writer on last month's Academy Awards, has nabbed a number of roles, including parts in Nia Vardalos' "I Hate Valentine's Day" and Mitch Hurwitz's pilot "Happiness Is Everything."

Occupant is producing "Peep World," with Joe Neurauter, Felipe Marino and Keith Calder serving as producers on the picture. The indie banner was previously behind Sundance audience award winner "The Wackness" and is prepping the Mickey Rourke action pic "St. Vincent."
