NBC beefs up 'Enemy, 'Philanthropist'


May 12, 2008 Boston Legal" co-star Saffron Burrows has been tapped to co-star opposite Christian Slater in the drama series "My Own Worst Enemy," while "Battlestar Galactica" exec producer David Eick is in negotiations to take the helm of "The Philanthropist. "Enemy" stars Slater as Henry, a suburban dad whose alter ego, Edward, is a spy. "Philanthropist" centers on a renegade billionaire who uses his wealth, connections and power to help people in need no matter what the risks or costs.
