Balducci's Food Lovers Market has introduced its "Discover the
Delicious Flavors of Spain" promotion, featuring a wide array of
foods from various regions of the Iberian country, including tapas,
delicatessen and bakery items, and grocery products. The gourmet
grocer will offer samples of various foods every Saturday between
11:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. at all 10 of its stores.
Among the offerings during the celebration of Spanish comestibles will be Serrano ham, sweet and spicy sausages, hot chocolate, anchovies, almond cake, gazpacho, paella, olive oil, vinegar, nougat, fig jam, and manchego cheese. Featured brands will include Ortiz, Zoe, La Masia, Matiz, and Valor. The highlighted items will be available for sale in the Bethesda-Md.-based grocer's stores during the promotion.
