WGA-Pants talks zipped; no deal yet
December 21, 2007 Friday negotiations between Worldwide Pants and the WGA wrapped without an agreement -- and without much details. But there were indications that, even without an interim agreement that could be brokered between the guild and Worldwide Pants, the CBS shows might return in January. Both sides released only terse statements about the negotiations for interim agreement independent of the AMPTP, which Worldwide Pants hopes will return "Late Show With David Letterman" and "Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson" back to the air with writers.
