ABC wins Mon. with 'Dancing,' 'Bachelor' finale


May 23, 2007 ABC won Monday primetime with "Dancing with the Stars" and the two-hour finale of "The Bachelor," while NBC's "Heroes" returned to its ratings form with its season finale. "Dancing with the Stars" (19.7 million, 5.1 rating/15 share in adults 18-49) was the night's top show in viewership while "Heroes" (13.2 million, 6.0/15) won in adults 18-49, according to preliminary estimates released Tuesday by Nielsen Media Research. The first hour of the two-hour "The Bachelor" finale won 9 p.m. in viewership and came in second against "Heroes" and edged out "24" in adults 18-49.
