Punch, Sharp ride tandem in HBO's '1%'


March 13, 2008 Emmy-winning director Alan Taylor is set to helm the pilot, which is being produced by Management 360's TV division. "1%," whose title refers to the 1% tattoo considered a badge of honor for members of some fringe biker clubs, is set at the Carefree, Ariz., chapter of one of the toughest motorcycle clubs in the country, the Death Rangers. Tolkin penned "1%" and is executive producing the pilot with Gregg Fienberg, Alex Hertzberg and Guymon Casady.
