CANNES -- To celebrate Warner Bros. Studio's 85th anniversary, the Festival de Cannes will screen 10 Warners' classics on the beach, and feature the historical doc, "You Must Remember This."

Playing Out of Competition, the five-hour doc, which was produced, written and directed by Richard Shickel, and narrated by Clint Eastwood, chronicles the history of Warner Bros. whilst retracing the myths of many of Hollywood's best-known filmmakers.

"We are delighted that 'You Must Remember This,' has been chosen to participate in the official selection at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival along with a selection of Studio Classics to play exclusively on the beach from throughout the Festival's timeline," said Philippe Cardon, president, international of Warner Home Video, which has been the lead on the film since conceiving of the idea three years ago.

"It's also very exciting to see the Cannes Film Festival acknowledging our Studio in its 85th Anniversary year, in such an unprecedented fashion."

The Warner Bros. classics will be screened over ten nights as part of the Cannes Classics program. "Dirty Harry" will be introduced by Clint Eastwood. The beach series also includes: "Bonnie and Clyde," "What's Up, Doc?" "Enter the Dragon," "Blazing Saddles," "I am a Fugitive from a Chain Gang," "Captain Blood," "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane," "Matrix" and "Looney Tunes Cartoon Night."
