February 07, 2007 Columbia Pictures is in the process of scooping up Judd Apatow, Robert Smigel and Adam Sandler's script "You Don't Mess With the Zohan," with Sandler attached to star. The comedy, developed at Revolution Studios from an original screenplay by Apatow, Smigel and Sandler, follows the exploits of a Mossad agent who fakes his death so he can anonymously move to New York and become a hair stylist. Apatow, whose recent writing credits include "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" and "Fun With Dick and Jane," also penned the Sandler starrer "The Wedding Singer."
