'Sleeping Beauty' wakes up to win


October 15, 2008 Disney's "Sleeping Beauty," all spruced up in a two-disc Platinum Edition, took the top spot on the national sales chart, while Fox's "The Happening" was the top renter and Paramount's "Iron Man" topped the Blu-ray Disc sales chart for the second consecutive week. The actioner's first-week DVD sales tally set a record for the year, while its Blu-ray Disc sales total is an all-time high. "Happening" debuted at No. 3 on the sales chart, edging out Sony's "You Don't Mess With the Zohan," the latest Adam Sandler comedy to hit the home entertainment market, which bowed at No. 4.
