"Dancing With the Stars" runner-up Joey Fatone has been tapped as
host of NBC's karaoke-themed game show "The Singing Bee."
The series is slated to launch at 9:30 p.m. July 10, following "America's Got Talent." That is a day before Fox debuts its own karaoke-style game show, "Don't Forget the Lyrics," hosted by Wayne Brady. "Singing Bee," from Juma Entertainment and the Gurin Co., will feature contestants trying to accurately sing the lyrics to the most popular songs of all time.
