"The Daily Show" correspondent Jason Jones will be guest starring on an upcoming episode of CBS' quirky comedy "How I Met Your Mother." He will play the ex of Stella Zinman (Sarah Chalke) and father of her son. Chalke is returning to "Mother" as a recurring this season, fueling speculation that Stella might be the mysterious future wife of Ted Mosby (Josh Radnor). In addition to his gig on the "Daily Show," where he has been a correspondent since 2005, Jones has appeared in movies and series.
