Two comedy pilots to CBS
March 24, 2008 CBS has picked up two more comedy pilots, the multicamera half-hours "Oldyweds," from "Friends" alumna Shana Goldberg-Meehan, and an untitled project from writer Ed Yeager. The Yeager project, from ABC Studios, centers on a middle-class dad trying to navigate new waters with his kids, his ex and his newfound romantic life. Still Standing" alum Yeager penned the project and is exec producing with Ric Swartzlander, who also has worked on sitcoms about middle-class dads, including ABC/ABC Studios' "8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter.
