NBC to stop airing USA's 'Monk,' 'Psych'

'Office' two-hour block filling in

NBC is pulling Sunday night repeats of the USA Network dramas "Monk" and "Psych."

Starting next week, the network will air a two-hour block of "The Office" repeats instead.

The switch brings to a close NBC Universal's strike-era programming stunt of giving USA Network's top-rated series a shot on the broadcast network.

In recent weeks, the dramas have hovered around a 1.1 rating among adults 18-49 and typically came in last place among the major networks during their respective hours.
