CW has ordered a couple more scripts for its underdog soap
"Privileged," the network confirmed.
The Warner Bros./CBS Paramount/Alloy Entertainment drama has been struggling in ratings on Tuesday nights, yet has demonstrated some growth in recent weeks even as lead-in "90210" has softened. The last "Privileged" episode was up 22% to 2.3 million viewers, 1.1 adults 18-49 rating and a 3 share. The CW considers "Privileged" firmly on brand for the network, and continued growth could result in a pickup despite lower-than-average CW ratings.
