Feature producer Basil Iwanyk is venturing into television with a
pod deal at Warner Bros. TV.
Under the one-year pact, which has an option for a second year, Iwanyk will develop series projects for the studio. A film executive-turned-producer, Iwanyk has a feature deal at Warners, too. He has produced such features as "Firewall," starring Harrison Ford and Paul Bettany, and "We Are Marshall," starring Matthew McConaughey and Matthew Fox. He is currently in production on "Brooklyn's Finest," starring Don Cheadle and Richard Gere. Iwanyk, who also executive produced the Pierce Brosnan-Julianne Moore starrer "Laws of Attraction," is repped by ICM and attorney Carlos Goodman. Basil Iwanyk inks deal at Warner Bros.
