Iron Man, Wolverine set on Nick
March 19, 2008 Nicktoons Network, Nickelodeon's 24-hour animation channel, and Marvel Entertainment have teamed up for two new animated series centering on the comic book characters Iron Man and Wolverine. The Animated Series (a co-production with French-based Method Films) and Wolverine and the X-Men (a co-production with Toonz Entertainment, Singapore and First Serve International) -- are set to debut exclusively on Nicktoons in first-quarter 2009. The news comes less than two months before the feature film "Iron Man," starring Robert Downey Jr., is released in theaters (May 2).
