Eros goes mobile with Hungama

Two-year deal covers forthcoming films

NEW DELHI -- London-based Eros International said Friday that its Mumbai-based arm, Eros Multimedia, has inked a two-year deal with Hungama Mobile to offer content from Eros' productions to India's 270 million mobile users.

Hungama will develop, distribute and market Eros content by creating ringtones, wallpapers, games and song videos among other mobile content, the companies said in a joint statement.

The deal covers forthcoming Eros productions including "Aladdin," starring Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan, and "Kambhakt Ishq" (Dangerous Love), in which Sylvester Stallone has a cameo.
